Sandy knows how to run a cute place. The check-in process flowed smoothly, thanks to her detailed pre-arrival communication. I appreciated the cozy Beautiful Double Room, from the clean essentials to the quiet atmosphere at night. Enjoying coffee in the beautiful garden was a good morning routine. The location offers quick access to South Woodford Underground station and local shops, easy for exploring. The bed was a bit on the hard side for my preference, and the shower had limited space for taller individuals. A slight downside was the noise from the fridge in the room, which disturbed the quiet at times.

The access to a lovely garden area provided a refreshing space to unwind, especially in the mornings while sipping coffee.
The noise from the kitchen and hallway was disruptive, particularly due to the sounds of guests entering and exiting at odd hours.
